How We Keep You Informed and Keep Ourselves on Target
August Thirteenth has PMP certified project managers who will either manage the project or work closely with your project manager. At the start of the project our consultants work closely with your team to review the requirements, identify milestones and set project goals and expectations. We will have regular review meetings to map the progress of the project and inform you of any issues that we have identified and their likely impact to the project. You will always be kept informed of the project's progress.
The requirement meetings are important as they enable us to set project expectations regarding risk and schedule based on our previous experience with similar projects. It also allows us to agree on an attainable schedule from the beginning of the project by identifying and mitigating the risks. Upon completion of the project we will have a final review of the requirements and ensure that they have been met. We will verify that you have all deliverables, answer any remaining questions that you might have and then formally end the project.
